So I present you just that: a mod that makes any ingame settings for DarNifiedUI stick. Although this was not possible through conventional means, nowadays it can be done. You might want to disable the Steam ingame overlay under settings which might fix the problem. Also works with DarkUId DarN Weve all experienced it, ever since DarNifiedUI had ingame settings people have asked if they could be made permanent. Seems the only games which give me no problem with mods are Steam based games like SKYRIM and FALLOUT NEW VEGAS. For some reason though with Steam it doesnt work and its the same problem with BT Mod. I used it all the time on my non-steam version of OBLIVION. Regardless, I've already told you, try BT Mod, that's the other one that tends to come up if you look for a UI mod for Oblivion, but I've not personally used it as I tested DarNified first and decided to stick with it There's also DarkUI, but the non-DarN version is listed by the mod author as outdated and probably not stable, and superceded by the DarkUId DarN I think this is a standalone mod, so you wouldn't have to re-install DarNified, but I think I did try to install this at one point and had some sort of trouble with it, can't remember what, think it basically just wouldn't install. It is the second most popular Oblivion mod of all time on the Nexus.
